The Kia Stinger Upgrades – If it Ain’t Broke...

The latest version of the Kia Stinger was recently revealed and it wasn’t an earth-shattering revelation, this car was great to start with.

Much of what has changed with the 2022 version of this car brings more items to the mix inside with the same sporty and aggressive looks as we’ve seen in the past. You’re going to continue to love this car when you get ready to take it on the road.

Only Subtle Changes to the Exterior of the Stinger

Looking at the Stinger, you’ll see the same Tiger Nose front grille area up front but now it has the brand-new company logo right above the grille. Moving to the sides and beyond, you’ll find 19-inch wheels to give you a great drive, new taillights with LEDs that stretch across the top section, and a set of large quad exhaust tips that come out at the bottom of the bumper. You’ll have seven impressive paint colors to enjoy, which include a new Ascot Green color.

AnUpgraded Appearance Inside the Kia Stinger

The dashboard doesn’t look much different with the exception of a larger 10.25-inch infotainment screen. You can enjoy a new suede package which would give you the smoothest material you can find for the headliner, pillars, dashboard, door panels, and seat inserts. You’ll be glad to have the lighting offered inside that gives you the glow you want when you drive.

More Tech is Found in this Sport Sedan

When you take the Kia Stinger out for a drive, you’ll enjoy a larger suite of driver-assist features to give you the feeling you want during your drive. Enjoy advanced automatic emergency braking, Safe Exit Warning, smart cruise control, lane-follow assist, and blind-spot warning.

More Power Added to this Kia

The 3.3-liter turbocharged V6 engine is still the top power plant for the Stinger and it offers you a bit of a bump in power to give you 368 horsepower when you’re heading out for a drive. Add the benefits of AWD and Brembo brakes and you’ll be amazed by the fun you can have in this car. A new base engine is offered which is a 2.5-lite turbocharged four-cylinder engine that makes 300 horsepower to give you the power you want in a more efficient engine.

You’ll Still find Several Trims for the Kia Stinger

At one end of the spectrum, you’ll find the GT-Line model of the Stinger while the top end gives you the GT2 which has lots of power for the drive. Somewhere between these two, you’ll find the right model for you to have the pleasure of the drive you want to make every day.

If you’ve been expecting to find dramatic changes being offered to the Kia Stinger, you’ll be a little disappointed. This car didn’t need a lot of changes, it was already a great car to drive. When you see the 2022 Stinger, you’ll be glad to see the upgrades that have been offered to give you the amazing drive you’re looking for, even if you don’t notice the changes right away.
