The Body Width has Grown on the Dodge Charger

When looking at the new Dodge Charger sedans in 2020, you’ll see a new body style that’s offered to give this powerful sedan a great look.

This new look is one that comes from the Challenger lineup as the Widebody that we’ve admired on several of the Challengers recently. This new body style will be offered for the Charger Hellcat and for the R/T Scat Pack models to give you the body style that you want when it’s time for you to have a great drive.

Unleash the Power in a New Dodge Charger

The two models of the Dodge Charger that are going to have the Widebody offering for 2020 are also the most powerful versions of this car. This means you can have either a 707-horsepower engine in the Hellcat or you’ll enjoy the 485 horses galloping under the hood of the R/T models. Unlike the Dodge Challenger Hellcat, the Charger Hellcat will only be offered in Widebody form to give you the size you want along with bigger wheels and tires to give you the look and the features you desire.

The Features of the Widebody Charger

When you choose the 2020 Dodge Charger in the Widebody form, you’ll have larger front and rear fender flares which give you a wider stance by 3.5 inches. This is a noticeable difference when you’re driving the new Charger and the ride on the 20-inch wheels with wide tires will be great. You’ll also have a set of Brembo six-piston brake calipers for the front and four-piston calipers in the rear. These are the same brakes that you’ll find in the R/T Scat Pack models that you can drive and enjoy when it’s time to get behind the wheel and have a lot of fun.

The Hellcat Receives Some Upgrades

The Dodge Charger Hellcat is a massive muscle car with a 6.2-liter supercharged Hemi V8 engine under the hood that makes it an easy choice when you want a lot of power. This engine produces 707 horsepower and 650 lb.-ft. of torque for the drive. You can hit sixty mph in only 3.6 seconds and finish a quarter-mile in 11 seconds. This car does receive some of the same upgrades as the Challenger with a Race Cooldown mode, Line Lock, Launch Control, and Launch Assist.

Find the Drive You Want in a Dodge Charger

Let the Dodge Charger become the car you choose for your ride in 2020. This car can be had with the new Widebody look to give you more performance, more fun, and more energy when you drive. Prove your sedan can be the best on the track after you choose the R/T Scat Pack or Hellcat models of this car and take it with you to the track for some fun.
